About
In this course you will receive a full introduction to Kriya Hatha Yoga. This includes an integrated practice of asanas, pranayama, nidra yoga, sun salutation and ajna meditation.
During the course there will be plenty of time to get on an adventure by the sea, explore hidden beaches and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.
Not to forget our famed and delicious vegetarian brunch and dinner.
The Workshop
Kriya Hatha Yoga
By practicing Kriya Hatha Yoga the body is getting free of tension, you feel grounded as the mind calms down and gradually you experience an expansion of your awareness. The main focus of the asana practice is on the breath, the 7 chakras and inner attention. The hatha yoga program you will receive is structured in a way that it harmonises the pranic flow in the body and increases self awareness. Kriya Hatha Yoga is closely related to Kriya Yoga and has been recommended by Swami Shankaranada Giri. In combination with pranayama, Nidra Yoga and Ajna Meditation it is a complete Yoga practice.
Pranayama
Pranayamas are methods to increase and harmonise the pranic flow (life force) in the body, using the breath as instrument.
Nidra Yoga
Enter into deep relaxation by rotating your awareness through the body.
Ajna Meditation
The deepest level of yoga practise is meditation. The Ajna Meditation when practiced properly can open the door to self awareness.
Healthy Food
Thanks to our partner the foodpath.gr, we can offer a Yogic diet based on Ayurveda and Macrobiotics. A vegetarian brunch and dinner will be served.
Practical information
Paleros, is a village located at the Ionian Sea close to the island of Lefkada. It lies at the foothills of Acarnanian Mountains and it is surrounded by sandy beaches.

Teachers
Teona was brought up in a medical family. She learned electro-acupuncture next to her dearest teacher and grandmother Eteri, so in an early age she had understandings about energy healing and self study.
She was involved with shamanic practices and ancestral rituals that gave her deep experiences of Life.During an intense travel to Mexico, while meditating, she realised that yoga was her way to live the truth she had seen.
In 2013 she began her yoga and tantric sadhana (spiritual practice) and after a year she took a hatha yoga teachers training course in Sivananda Yoga. She lived, served and practiced at the Sivananda Yoga and Vedanta Centre in Berlin for about a year where she engaged deeply into Karma Yoga and learned how to cook by the principles of Auyrveda.
In 2016 she was initiated into Kriya Yoga by Swami Shankarananda Giri and into Tantra by Guruji Raj Kumar Baswar.
