Yoga meeting Contact Dance In this meeting we will explore how yoga and contact dance helps us to increase our awareness, how both are supporting the awakening.
Lots of opening can happen in this meeting, two of them being: A natural opening into the yoga of self inquiry and understandings into conscious relationships.
