Om Namah Sivaya dear Friends,
many things happen to me for the first time this summer.
It is my first summer in Greece, first teaching yoga to Greeks, first teaching yoga on the beach in Paleros during the sunrise, first chanting mantras to the rising full Moon. And you know – I like it, I like it very much, ok, to be honest, I love it 🙂
I’m always amazed how yoga brings together wonderful people, no matter where you are, in Lithuania, where I am from, in Greece or wherever else. The yoga teachings attract beautiful souls to be together, to practice together, so that they could create stronger energetic field of light and love and spread it around.
Yoga in translation means “union”. Union with oneself, with the Universe, with the world around, with the Nature. One thing when you tell students practicing in the yoga studio to visualize the mountain to feel it’s strong energy but you should see faces of your students when they do it in front of the real mountain. Bliss.
